Ø Manage all accounting transactions.

Ø Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Ø Visit Customer before serving them first delivery jointly with RSI

Ø Custodian of unexecuted blank agreements that are received from HO.

Ø Execute agreement with recent customer before first delivery and ensure that KYC documents are received. (Adhaar card and Shop Act certificate/GST Certificate) jointly with RSI and send executed agreement to HO.

Ø Review customer with respect to creditability, consumption, bank of cylinder, rate, credit days, credit limit, before their onboard and approval of customer through ME App.

Ø Daily vehicle closing

Ø Stock Reco of System vis-à-vis physical verification

Ø Daily Route Planning jointly with RSI

Ø Inventory Management and Planning in coordination with Plant and Stock Point





Ø To decide whether delivery should be made or not with respect to outstanding and credit limit

Ø Ensure recovery of outstanding and coordinating with Regional Sales Incharge and DFO

Ø Daily checking of Driver Log Book

Ø Ensure that driver and DFO are trained and educated about GDGL scheme and they execute the same

Ø Ensure smooth functioning of GIN KE DO GIN KE LO

Ø Stop deliveries to customer who have long outstanding

Ø Responsible for review and work done by assistant accountant

Ø Regulator Stock Management

Ø Send legal notice to customer who have long outstanding and are doubtful

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
