Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other client accounts.
- Write engaging captions and develop content strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative team (designers, editors, and videographers).
- Schedule posts and ensure timely publishing.
- Monitor trends, reels, and viral content opportunities.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs.
- Assist in campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Social Media Management (Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms growth strategies.




- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and branding.
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bonus Skills

- Basic graphic design knowledge.
- Experience with Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar.
- Experience working with multiple client accounts.

Pay: ₹11,376.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month
