Typical experience 7+ years Project Manager experience in IT and Non-IT with experience in delivering low complex projects. PMI certification (PMP) preferred. We anticipate that the incumbent will be responsible for implementation of multiple small to medium d project. This role will utilize your skills within Project Management, Risk Management, Perks Management and Change Implementation Planning and Management.
– Project Manager needs to plan, control and execute a project or set of related projects to meet identified business needs and deliver business value, through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills.
– Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
– Hands on experience in Monitoring and Reporting Progress, creating Charts and Schedules, report weekly status/planning session with the Client/Leads/Team.
– Report to the steering committee, raising strategic issues. Develop and improve work processes and metrics.
– Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project




– Develops and maintains the maintenance plans/timelines, project plans/timelines, support plan summaries and production requirements documents
– You will be accountable for all aspects of successful on budget and on time project delivery of the projects assigned to you.
– On a daily basis, you collaborate with different teams (internal customer) and a range of stakeholders including business managers, service providers and onshore & offshore suppliers.
– Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.
– Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.
– Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.
– Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes, to final solution.
– Interact with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations, deliver elements of system and database design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled
– Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.
