Job Description: 3D Visualizer (SketchUp Specialist)

We are seeking a 3D Visualizer with expert-level proficiency in SketchUp to create high-quality architectural models and photorealistic renders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning design concepts into detailed 3D environments.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Modeling: Build precise and organized 3D models of interiors and exteriors exclusively using SketchUp.
- Rendering: Use SketchUp-compatible plugins (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion) to produce high-end photorealistic visuals.
- Drafting Integration: Convert 2D CAD drawings and hand sketches into detailed 3D structures.
- Asset Management: Maintain a clean library of SketchUp components, textures, and materials.
- Presentation: Create 3D walkthroughs and 360° panoramas for client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Mastery:



Advanced knowledge of SketchUp Pro (including proficient use of extensions and warehouse management).
- Rendering Engines: Proven experience with V-Ray for SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Post-Processing: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for touch-ups and final image enhancement.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to accurately interpret architectural scales, floor plans, and sections.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage complex models with high polygon counts while maintaining software performance.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in architectural or interior design firms.
- Knowledge of LayOut (for SketchUp) to create 2D documentation from 3D models.
- Solid eye for realistic lighting and material application.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
