Key Responsibilities

- Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills and Extra Item Bills.
- Record and verify measurements from site (MB/Measurement Book).
- Prepare BOQ comparisons and quantity reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers for daily work quantities.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and certify bills.
- Prepare rate analysis for non-BOQ/extra items.
- Monitor executed quantities against BOQ and contract scope.
- Coordinate with Client/PMC/Consultants for bill certification.
- Maintain billing records, abstracts and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of variation orders and claims.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements.
- Track billing status and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with contract conditions.

Coordination and Documentation

Act as the planning link between site, procurement, billing and management, keeping all parties aligned on schedule status.





Support progress meetings and client reviews with UP Jal Nigam and other government departments through accurate schedule data.

Assist in preparing extension of time and delay justification documentation with programme evidence where required.

Required Skills and Competencies

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) for scheduling, baselining, tracking and reporting (essential).

Ability to read and interpret BOQ, working drawings, GFC drawings and technical specifications.

Sound understanding of civil construction methods, sequencing and site execution realities.

Solid command of MS Excel for progress reports, S curves and data analysis.

Familiarity with government project execution norms such as CPWD and PWD practices is a strong advantage.

Good analytical, problem solving, coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience

B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant planning experience.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably on government, infrastructure, heritage or museum projects.

Demonstrable, hands on experience of running projects on Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatory.

Prior experience of coordinating with government clients and preparing progress documentation will be preferred.- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
