- Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring customer solutions .
- Experience in deployment support, documentation, and knowledge transfer .

Key responsibilities:
- Understand requirements, define specifications, and align deployments with business needs.
- Prepare project plans, test solutions, and validate readiness using lab environments.
- Implement and configure solutions, resolve technical issues, and follow best practices.
- Provide post-deployment support, tuning, optimization, and knowledge transfer to customers.
- Collaborate with managers, sales, and vendors to ensure on-time project sign-off.
