Job Title: Deputy Manager – Electrical & ELVS

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 4–7 years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed electrical and ELV design documentation for various projects.
- Support Project Engineers with day-to-day project delivery activities.
- Assist in the procurement process and appointment of subcontractors.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and tender submissions.
- Draft project administration documents including RFIs and contract instructions.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Provide technical advisory services throughout the development and construction phases.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on site.

Key Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

- Minimum 6–7 years of relevant electrical design experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (full or LT). Knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or 3D modeling is an added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge in:

o High Tension (HT) Design

o Low Tension (LT) Design

o Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address (PA), LAN, Telephone, etc.





- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Gantt chart programming.
- Sound knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with proposal and bid processes, cost estimation, and contract management.

Soft Skills :

- Robust problem-solving skills with a methodical and analytical mindset.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand design specifications and surveys.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player with a flexible attitude.

Desirable Attributes :

- Interest in sustainable construction methods and renewable energy technologies.
- Leadership potential with experience guiding junior team members or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
