We are hiring for the role of Credit Control Executive / Accounts Receivable Specialist at our organization.

Location: Goregaon

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and issue invoices for travel services (tickets, packages, hotel bookings, corporate travel)
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and customer accounts
- Monitor aging reports and track overdue payments
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies
- Follow up on outstanding invoices via calls, emails, and meetings
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile customer accounts and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely allocation of incoming payments
- Prepare AR aging reports, collection reports, and cash flow forecasts
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Manage client relationships and handle billing queries efficiently





Skills & Requirements

✔ 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control (preferably travel, tourism, or hospitality)
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
✔ Familiarity with travel systems (GDS, booking platforms) is a plus
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
