Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage distributor/retailer networks in assigned territory.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and onboard new channel partners.

· Promote and sell products from brands like CP Plus, Matrix, Be Quick, and Hikvision.

· Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.

· Handle customer queries, provide product demos, and ensure service satisfaction.

· Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and brand presence.

· Prepare regular market insights, and business development plans.

· Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and deliveries.

· Train and support dealers/retailers on product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· 3-4 years of experience in channel sales / distribution sales,



preferably in CCTV, surveillance, or electronic products.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Good market knowledge of South Odisha (Berhampur, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput, etc.).

· Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

· Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication).

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
