Key responsibility :-

- Lead and motivate team members to achieve business goals

- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance

- Support team in client handling and relationship management

- Create strategies to improve productivity and business growth

- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews - Ensure smooth coordination between team members and management
