We are seeking an experienced candidate to manage and oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for accounting.

Responsibilities: -

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements
- Oversee GST, TDS, and tax compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage audit processes and respond to queries
- Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls

Requirements:-

- CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification (CA Inter/CA Final preferred)
- 5-7 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws (India)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho, Tally , or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
