Job Opening – Plant Head (Forging)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Position: Plant Head – Forging

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead our Forging Manufacturing Plant in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end plant operations, driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, cost optimization, and team development while ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead complete plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Tool Room, Stores, Dispatch, and EHS.

* Ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

* Drive productivity improvement, capacity enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives.

* Optimize machine utilization and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

* Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.

* Ensure preventive maintenance of forging presses, induction heating systems, compressors, utilities, and other plant equipment.

* Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

* Prepare and review production plans, budgets, MIS reports, and plant KPIs.





* Develop and mentor cross-functional teams to build a high-performance culture.

* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and senior management to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Qualification

* Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

* Minimum 20 years of experience in the Forging Industry.

* Proven experience in leading complete plant operations in an automotive or engineering manufacturing environment.

* Strong knowledge of Hot Forging, Forging Presses, Heat Treatment, Tool & Die Management, Quality Systems (IATF 16949/ISO 9001), Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and ERP/SAP.

Compensation

* Salary: Up to ₹2,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and suitability).

Work Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
