Key Responsibilities

- Supervise welding operations across TIG, MIG, ARC, Argon, and Laser welding processes.
- Ensure quality standards are met in all production activities.
- Train and mentor welders to improve technical skills and safety practices.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of TIG/MIG/ARC/Argon/Laser welding techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of welding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices.

Preferred Attributes

- Certification in welding technologies (AWS, ISO, or equivalent).
- Experience with automated welding systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with robust attention to detail.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
