The Oil Refinery Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations of assigned refining units. In this role, you will lead a dedicated shift team of operators and technicians, manage process safety, monitor unit performance, and collaborate with maintenance engineering to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- ​Shift Leadership: Lead, schedule, and mentor shift operators, ensuring smooth shift handovers and clear operational alignment.
- ​Operational Control: Monitor plant processes, DCS/SCADA interfaces, pressure, flow, and temperature parameters to optimize yield and throughput.
- ​Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Process Safety Management (PSM), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hot Work permits, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.




- ​Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Coordinate with maintenance, instrument, and electrical teams to diagnose operational issues, execute work permits, and plan unit turnarounds.
- ​Emergency & Upset Response: Act as a key initial responder during process upsets, equipment faults, or emergency situations; execute safe shutdown procedures when required.
- ​Training & SOPs: Conduct regular shift safety meetings, audit operator logs, and assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
