We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with leadership capabilities to join as a Lead. You will drive the technical development, lead the team, and ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale SaaS platform. This position requires strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Node.js with NestJS + TypeScript (backend), along with leadership skills to guide the engineering team.

RESPONSIBILTIES
Lead end-to-end development across frontend and backend.
Build and maintain scalable React.js frontend applications and NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript) backend services.
Design and optimize RESTful APIs, database structures, and system workflows.
Guide, mentor, and support team members in problem-solving and technical decisions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and ensure delivery quality.
Collaborate with product and management teams to align technology with business goals.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Collaborate with DevOps, Designers and other team members for project.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Node.js with NestJS + TypeScript (backend).
Proficiency in designing REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and scalable architectures.
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Robust problem-solving, debugging,



and optimization skills.
Prior experience as a Team Lead is highly desirable.
Experience with Serverless architecture, AWS ecosystem and Knowledge of microservices and containerization will be plus point.
