Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or Materials Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) Upcasting Plant.
- Monitor furnace operations, continuous casting, and process parameters.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot casting defects and minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Copper Upcasting or Continuous Casting.
- Knowledge of furnace operations and process optimization.
- Experience in OFC Copper Rod manufacturing is preferred.
- Robust problem-solving and production management skills.
Salary: ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
