Job Description:

As a Recruitment Executive, you will contact candidates from the leads shared by our company and guide them about various overseas job opportunities and visa procedures. You will receive comprehensive training before starting your work to ensure complete understanding of our process. Key Responsibilities:

- Call and counsel potential candidates regarding overseas jobs and visa processes.
- Explain eligibility, documentation, and application steps.
- Follow up with interested candidates until successful recruitment.




- Maintain call logs and candidate records.
- Achieve a monthly target of one successful recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- aged 21 to 45 years.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Forms, etc.).
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work independently.
