Job Description – Java Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Lucknow

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of experience who can independently design, develop, and execute complete projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in Spring Boot-based backend architecture, along with modern frontend technologies, and the ability to handle projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Spring Boot

Independently own complete project lifecycle – from requirement understanding to deployment

Architect backend systems including API design, database structure, and system integration

Develop responsive frontend applications using React / Angular / modern JS frameworks

Integrate third-party APIs, microservices, and external systems

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices

Handle deployment, debugging, and production support

Work on database design, optimization, and query tuning

Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design

Maintain documentation for architecture, APIs, and workflows

Required Skills & Technologies

Backend (Primary Focus)

Strong expertise in Java + Spring Boot





Experience in Microservices Architecture

REST API design and development

Spring Security / OAuth / JWT authentication

Frontend

Experience with React.js

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

Database

MySQL / PostgreSQL (must)

Experience with query optimization and schema design

DevOps & Tools

Git / GitHub / GitLab

Docker (preferred)

CI/CD pipelines

Basic knowledge of cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Key Requirements

5–8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development

Proven experience in executing projects independently (end-to-end delivery)

Strong experience in system design and architecture using Spring Boot

Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Experience in government / enterprise-scale applications (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good to Have

Experience with AI/ML integration or data-driven applications

Knowledge of message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ)

Experience with Elasticsearch / Redis

Exposure to high-traffic or real-time systems

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
