Candidates should be excellent in communication skills.
Good organization and planning skills. Positive teamwork skills, Adaptability. No regional accent, grammatically accurate and good sentence construction and the intellectual ability to understand client requirements. Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, rotational offs. Must have previous experience in international BPO.
