Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality technical documentation, user manuals, product guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Write blogs, website content and technical articles.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to gather technical information.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
- Edit, proofread, and maintain consistency across all documentation.
- Ensure content is accurate, well-structured, and follows company style guidelines.
- Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor content.
- Optimize content for SEO where applicable.
- Update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements and new features.
- Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
- Ability to understand software development concepts and technical terminology.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
- Solid research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
