Job Description

Bluekode is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate coordination and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for HR students and graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding activities and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.





Eligibility

- Only candidates pursuing or who have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (BBA HR, MBA HR).
- Only candidates currently residing in Coimbatore are eligible to apply.
- Must be available to work in office in Coimbatore.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
