Marketing Interns

A rapid-growing advertising agency based in Delhi, working with leading brands across industries. While maintaining mid-sized agility, the agency is expanding its presence to Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities1. Dubai Market Research & Outreach

- Conduct in-depth research on the market landscape
- Identify potential client segments aligned with the agency’s positioning
- Develop an initial outreach and engagement plan
- Initiate communication with prospective clients and assist in scheduling meetings
- Opportunity to accompany senior team members for monthly client meetings based on performance and communication skills

2. Competition & Client Research – Mumbai & Bangalore

- Map competitive agencies operating in Mumbai and Bangalore
- Analyse competitor positioning and client portfolios
- Identify potential clients and support outreach for upcoming pitch opportunities

3. Pitch & Strategy Support

- Assist in research and data collation for inbound pitches
- Support strategy teams with market insights, trends, and audience analysis
- Contribute to pitch deck preparation with structured inputs

4. Social Media & Brand Perception Building





- Support initiatives to strengthen the agency’s brand presence on social media
- Assist in ideation, content planning, and perception management activities

Learning & Exposure

- Direct exposure to large-scale client meetings and strategic discussions
- Structured training in market research, client outreach, and business development
- Mentorship under senior leadership to enhance strategic thinking and communication skills

Skills & Basic Requirements

- Pursuing MBA / PGDM or equivalent management programme (Marketing / Strategy preferred)
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of advertising, marketing, and brand strategy
- Confidence in professional outreach and client communication
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Proactive attitude with a robust willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and basic presentation skills

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
