We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations and ensure accurate data processing. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
- Operate computer systems and related equipment
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately
- Monitor system performance and report issues
- Prepare and generate reports as required
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Ensure data security and confidentiality
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Positive typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of data entry and record keeping
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
