Key Responsibilities

- Part Inspection: Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections of CNC machined components.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize precision measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex 2D technical drawings, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and CAD models.
- Defect Management: Identify non-conforming products, isolate them, and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Documentation: Record inspection results in quality logs and ERP systems to maintain strict quality management (QMS) compliance.
- Calibration: Ensure all shop floor measuring instruments are regularly calibrated and operational.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a machine shop or manufacturing quality control environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CNC machining processes (VMC, HMC, Turning).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and basic proficiency in MS Office for reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
