- Responsible for Talent Acquisition at Junior level positions & mid level positions
- Should have End to End recruitment cycle knowledge to sourcing of candidates through data base,using job portals, referrals.
- Formulating Interview Schedules, filling reports of candidate status and maintaining resume database.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
