Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Solar and UPS solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical proposals, quotations, and system configurations.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings and technical presentations.
- Perform load calculations and basic system sizing for solar and power backup projects.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Solar and UPS systems.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
- Maintain project documentation and service reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely technical assistance and problem resolution. Application Engineer roles in solar and UPS sectors commonly involve solution design, proposal support, site assessment, commissioning, and customer-facing technical support.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems, UPS, Inverters, Batteries,



and Electrical Systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Valuable communication and customer interaction skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and customer support.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, EEE, or related disciplines.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Solar, UPS, Inverter, or Electrical Industry will be an added advantage.
