Job Summary

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out and construction projects within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure project completion within budget and timeline.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Review material requirements, procurement, and project costs.




- Lead site teams and ensure effective execution of works.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain documentation.
- Resolve project issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills Required

- Robust leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out and construction practices.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, billing, and cost control.

Preferred Experience

- 7–9 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Experience handling commercial, corporate, retail, or hospitality projects.

Reporting To: General Manager – Projects / Operations Head.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
