Description Strong background in ITSM Tools domain with deep knowledge of ITSM framework and ITIL
Essential Job Functions
8-12 years experience in CMDB tools domain with all core modules like Incident and Problem Management Asset management and CMDB Change and Release management SLM Availability and Capacity Management Knowledge Management Catalogue and Request fulfilment Financial and Demand Management Operations and Event Management etc
8-12 years experience in any of the tools like BMC Remedy Symphony Summit Cherwell etc
Understanding and working knowledge of endtoend infrastructure monitoring discovery Operations tools etc
Should have worked on integration with 3rd party tools
Experienced in code and data migration upgradation installation and plugins
Working knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reports
Having past experience in 23 implementation is a plus
Hands on experience in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions
Should be able to coordinate with different teams to progress and complete the work
