Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Expert Beautician to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various beauty treatments and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments: This may include facials, massages, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other relevant services.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Build strong rapport with clients, understand their individual needs and preferences, and deliver personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously learn and develop new skills through workshops,



training sessions, and industry certifications.
- Promote and sell salon services: Advise clients on suitable treatments and products, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed client records, including treatment history and product usage.
- Assist with inventory management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Beautician
- Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
