Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain records of students from admission onwards.
- Schedule and assign student batches.
- Maintain all student and institute data.
- Track student attendance and follow up with absentee students and parents.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for student coordination.
- Follow up on monthly fee collections and maintain collection records.
- Coordinate with students and help resolve their academic and administrative issues.
- Work closely with the counselling and academic teams for smooth operations.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills. English & Telugu
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
