E-Commerce Executive

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is a rapidly growing technology company specializing in ERP solutions, marketplace management, and digital commerce services. We help brands scale their business across leading eCommerce platforms by delivering end-to-end marketplace management, catalog optimization, inventory management, and sales growth strategies.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive with 3+ years of marketplace operations experience to manage multiple seller accounts and drive online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage marketplace seller accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Noon, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings using SEO best practices.
- Monitor daily sales, orders, inventory, pricing, and account health.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve listing issues, account warnings, reimbursement claims, and support tickets.
- Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stock shortages.
- Track marketplace KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and seller performance standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce marketplace operations.
- Solid experience with Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.
- Experience managing Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Noon, or other marketplaces is preferred.
- Good understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, formulas).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in an eCommerce agency or marketplace management company.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar business management software is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
