Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming members and guests, addressing their needs, handling enquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit. The role involves coordinating with different departments to provide a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with guest check-in and reservations.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about club facilities, services, events, and membership benefits.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and feedback.
- Ensure reception and guest areas are clean, organised, and presentable.
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage repeat visits.
- Follow club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.




- Support event coordination and special guest arrangements when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, hotels, resorts, or clubs is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
