Plan and execute the full range of audit engagements — statutory audit, internal audit, management audits, IFC audits, process audits, and other assurance engagements. Lead a team of 8–10 people handling accounts and compliance work for various clients, covering books finalisation, regulatory filings, and ongoing statutory compliance, while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinate directly with client CXOs and top management to gather information, present findings, and resolve queries. Assist partners on assignments spanning corporate structure, transfer pricing, and valuations. Maintain accurate, well-organised working papers and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent engagements. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Solid working knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards, the Companies Act, and direct/indirect tax basics. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; experience leading or supervising a team is an advantage. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with senior client stakeholders.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
