Senior NetSuite Implementation Associate
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science (BSc, BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech in IT), MBA, or any degree in Management, Commerce, or Finance.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong logic-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows OS.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle databases.
- Minimum 3+ years of functional experience in NetSuite, including configuration and end-to-end project and client handling.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification (preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and analyze them for technical feasibility.
- Finalize use cases in collaboration with customers.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and secure approvals.
- Design and configure business solutions within NetSuite based on approved requirements.
- Conduct unit testing and maintain documentation at all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Adhere to all defined processes, standards, and documentation protocols.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure high-quality, timely deliveries.
- Analyze business scenarios and recommend best-fit native NetSuite features.
- Where native features are insufficient, design and propose compliant (GAAP-aligned) custom solutions.
