We are looking for dynamic Assistant Branch Heads to support branch operations, business development, customer service, and team management while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support daily branch operations and customer service activities. Drive business growth in Gold Loans, Investments, Insurance, and allied products. Assist in achieving branch sales and collection targets. Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer concerns. Monitor loan processing, documentation, and disbursement. Support staff training and performance management. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Prepare operational and business reports. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. 2-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services. Strong customer relationship and sales skills. Ability to manage branch operations independently. Valuable communication and leadership abilities.
