Role Objective

To drive store sales and profitability by managing people, stock, VM and customer experience in line with brand standards.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities





- Achieve sales targets and improve KPIs like conversion, ATV and UPT.
- Lead, train and motivate the store team on selling skills, product knowledge andcustomer handling.
- Ensure strong customer experience, manage feedback and drive positive Google reviews.
- Monitor stock movement, ageing and size wise availability; act on slow and fastm overs.
- Maintain VM standards, timely decluttering and readiness for new collections.
- Ensure accurate billing, KYC capture and daily sales and stock reports.
- Coordinate with HO on stock movement, markdowns and operational requirements.
- Ensure SOP compliance, store hygiene and discipline.

- Basic reporting and system knowledge
