As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations - handling premium clients, closing high-value deals, and contributing directly to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct site visits and meetings across Bangalore
- Coordinate with builders and developers




- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline and follow-up system

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage
- Leadership qualities and team-handling potential
