The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing complex infrastructure projects as well as a portfolio of ongoing maintenance simultaneously. This role requires prior experience in relocations, enterprise network/server and IT infrastructure projects, managing large implementations and migrations.

Essential Functions:

- The Scrum Master is specifically responsible for detailed planning of projects and the creation and management of project plans, sprint schedules, and status reports capturing key performance measurements.
- Managing infrastructure operations and technology projects (e.g., maintenance, conversions, upgrades, deployments, implementations)
- Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
- Coordinates integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- The PM must monitor project metrics: cost, schedule, progress. Also responsible for resource capacity planning, forecasting, facilitating change control, issue and risk identification/quantification.
- Strategize with project teams to identify and resolve issues,



assess potential risks and develop alternative plans.
- Serve as primary liaison to business stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve high stakeholder satisfaction by being able to manage stakeholder expectations and then exceed these expectations.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge and experience with facilitating communication, and crossdepartmental interaction/satisfaction.
- Experience with advocating and promoting use of Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of incremental improvement process methodology based on analysis and measurement.
- Strong working knowledge of providing recommendations and priority setting among Product Management, Executive Leadership, Development, and Quality Assurance.
- Robust working knowledge of key infrastructure technologies, including: Telecom, Network Storage, Operating systems. Switching, Databases, Firewalls, SharePoint, Exchange and Servers.
- Must have proven experience in successful delivery of IT Operations Projects on time, on budget and on function.
