Job Title: Multi-Industry Delivery Platform Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities across multiple industries, including restaurants, cafés, retail stores, grocery outlets, pharmacies, salons, healthcare providers, e-commerce businesses, logistics providers, and other SMEs that can benefit from the delivery platform.

Conduct daily field visits to identify, engage, and onboard prospective merchants and business partners.

Schedule and attend client meetings to demonstrate the platform's features, benefits, and value proposition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing merchants, and key business stakeholders.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate delivery platform solutions to improve operational efficiency and business growth.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field prospecting, converting them into long-term business partners.

Prepare business proposals, commercial quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up through to successful closure.

Achieve monthly sales, merchant acquisition, revenue, and customer activation targets.

Coordinate with onboarding, operations, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and successful platform adoption.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, pipeline status, and opportunities using CRM tools.

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, customer feedback, and emerging market opportunities to support business growth.

Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and business networking activities to increase platform visibility and merchant acquisition.

Requirements





1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Merchant Acquisition, SaaS Sales, Platform Sales, or Digital Solutions Sales.

Experience selling to businesses in industries such as:

Food & Beverage

Retail

Grocery

Pharmacy

Healthcare

Beauty & Wellness

Logistics

E-commerce

Hospitality

Professional Services

Experience with delivery platforms, marketplace solutions, logistics technology, POS systems, SaaS products, fintech, or digital business solutions is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.

Comfortable with field sales, daily client visits, cold calling, lead generation, networking, and business development.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate platform solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently.

Basic understanding of digital platforms, mobile applications, online commerce, payment solutions, and digital marketing is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM applications.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively across Bengaluru and nearby regions.

Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-growth environment while consistently achieving merchant acquisition and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
