- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a qualified manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, Logistics, and Accounts to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Prepare customer reports, feedback analysis, and relationship management strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
