Job Title: Fashion Retail Showroom Manager

Role Overview

Are you a style-conscious leader with a passion for driving sales? We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to take the reins of our retail location. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure every customer walks out feeling like a trendsetter.

The ideal candidate blends a sharp eye for visual merchandising with a "business-first" mindset to hit KPIs and elevate the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to deliver world-class customer service.

* Sales Performance: Monitor daily/monthly targets, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to boost conversion rates.

* Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects brand standards through creative floor layouts and window displays.

* Operations Management: Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols.

* Customer Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with grace, ensuring a loyal client base.

* Reporting: Manage payroll, scheduling, and provide regular performance reports to the Area Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Experience:



Minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience specifically within the fashion or apparel retail industry.

* Education: High school diploma required; Degree in Business, Fashion Management, or Marketing is a plus.

* Skills:

* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

* Solid understanding of retail math (conversion, UPT, ATV).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

* Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
