Key Responsibilities
· Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
· Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
· Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
· Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory compliance data and ensure timely filing.
· Maintain purchase, sales and expense entries in SAP ERP (FI Module).
· Assist in monthly closing, MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
· Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
· Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
· Support inventory accounting and reconciliation with stores and production.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
· B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
· 4–5 years of relevant experience in Chemical, Pharma or Plastic Manufacturing industry.
· SAP knowledge is mandatory.
· Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
· Robust analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
