Roles & Responsibilities Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices. Mentor, supervise, and evaluate teachers to maintain high academic and pastoral standards. Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning workplace for young learners. Monitor student progress and support individualized learning needs. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to enhance student development. Plan and execute academic calendars, events, and enrichment activities. Ensure compliance with school policies
