- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and organizational development.
- Experience in driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to lead and mentor HR teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced organizations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.




- Drive performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
