Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Architectural Skilled with expertise in BIM and design coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality project outputs aligned with client expectations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with international standards.
This is a permanent remote role requiring availability to work in US shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
Client Alignment

Understand client requirements in depth and ensure all deliverables align with project specifications

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Interdisciplinary Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments for seamless project execution

Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Timeline & Delivery Management

Ensure adherence to defined timelines and timely completion of assigned tasks

Prioritize work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily MIS reports, timesheets, and project documentation

Ensure proper documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycle
Progress Monitoring

Track project progress and proactively address delays or challenges

Maintain detailed records of milestones and deliverables
Quality Assurance

Ensure all outputs meet client expectations and internal QA/QC standards
