Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate patient bills, processing insurance and cashless billing, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth billing experience for patients. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate accurate OPD, IPD, Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology bills.
- Verify patient details and ensure all services are billed correctly.
- Process advance payments, discharge billing, refunds, and final settlements.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, laboratory, and insurance/TPA teams for billing requirements.
- Prepare and process insurance and corporate billing documents.




- Resolve patient billing queries professionally and promptly.
- Reconcile daily collections and maintain billing records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, billing procedures, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare billing
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and billing software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
