Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and intellectually driven PGT Political Science Teacher to lead our senior secondary humanities department. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of political theory, the Indian Constitution, and international relations. You will be responsible for preparing Class 11 and 12 students for their CBSE board examinations while fostering a classroom environment that encourages debate, critical analysis of current events, and a comprehensive understanding of global politics.

Key Responsibilities

- Advanced Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver in-depth lectures on Political Science as per the CBSE Class 11 and 12 syllabus, ensuring students grasp both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
- Board Exam Preparation: Train students for CBSE board exams through rigorous practice, previous year question analysis, and answer-writing techniques.
- Analytical Skill Development: Facilitate classroom debates, case studies, and discussions on current national and international political events to build critical thinking.
- Co-Curricular Leadership:



Mentor students for Model United Nations (MUN), mock parliaments, youth symposiums, and inter-school debate competitions.
- Assessment & Mentorship: Design comprehensive unit tests and pre-board examinations. Provide individualized feedback and career guidance for students aspiring to pursue law, civil services, or international relations.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Academic Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Political Science from a recognized university with an excellent academic record.
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.

Core Skills Required

- Exceptional command of English and Hindi, with strong oratorical and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect textbook political theories to real-time geopolitical current affairs.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and research-based teaching methodologies.
- Strong leadership qualities to manage senior students effectively.
