Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Moderator to oversee the quality, compliance, and progress of data collection and annotation projects. The Project Moderator will monitor participant submissions, ensure adherence to project guidelines, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high-quality project delivery within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate participant submissions to ensure compliance with project guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and participant activity to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues or policy violations.
- Provide timely feedback to participants regarding rejected or resubmission-required tasks.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project metrics and prepare daily status reports.
- Escalate recurring issues, risks, or process gaps to the Project Manager.
- Ensure participant queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain project documentation, moderation logs, and audit records.
- Support process improvements and recommend ways to enhance project quality and efficiency.

- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.) is an advantage.
