Senior Site Engineer – Commercial Building Projects:

A Senior Site Engineer (Commercial Building) is responsible for leading on-site execution, supervision, and coordination of all construction activities for commercial buildings such as offices, malls, hospitals, hotels, and high-rise structures, ensuring timely delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end site execution from foundation to finishing works
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Coordinate with project manager, architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Supervise structural works (excavation, RCC, steel reinforcement, formwork, concreting, etc.)
- Oversee finishing works (brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, façade, etc.)
- Manage subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and labour workforce
- Monitor daily progress and prepare work schedules and reports
- Ensure quality control and adherence to IS codes and construction standards
- Handle quantity estimation, site measurements,



and billing verification
- Resolve technical issues and site execution challenges
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain site records, drawings, and progress documentation

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of RCC structures and commercial building construction
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Good leadership and site management skills
- Experience in handling large workforce and multiple contractors
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Diploma in Civil
- 5+ years of experience in commercial building projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
