As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer (Electrical) to join our dynamic team at the Satara Branch.

Position Overview

- Job Title: Service Engineer (Electrical)
- Location: Satara, Maharashtra
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Department: Service & Maintenance (Kirloskar Care)
- Reporting To: Service Manager / Branch Head

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Service & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, test, and repair electrical faults in Kirloskar diesel generator (DG) sets, control panels (AMF, central, and synchronizing panels), alternators, and associated electrical systems.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Schedule and execute routine preventive electrical maintenance at customer sites to ensure maximum uptime and equipment efficiency.
- Breakdown Support: Provide rapid response to breakdown calls, minimizing customer downtime through efficient problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Installation & Commissioning: Assist in the proper installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical panels, wiring, and power systems according to company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, ensuring all site work is conducted using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Customer Relationship Management:



Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues clearly, recommending solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction under the Kirloskar Care banner.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate service reports, customer sign-offs, and breakdown failure analysis records for every site visit.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing diesel generator sets, electrical control panels, or heavy industrial electrical equipment. (Experience within a Kirloskar dealership or similar power-generation brand is highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, AMF controllers, actuators, governor systems, and safety devices.
- Soft Skills: Valuable communication, customer handling abilities, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel across the Satara region for field service visits.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
